Fulton Alley, the high-end bowling alley on the ground floor of Harrah’s Casino parking garage at 600 Fulton, has opened with a bang.

Developers Kyle Brechtel (Brechtel Hospitality), Neal Bodenheimer (Cure) and Kirk Estopinal (Cure) put a lot of money and touch into the beautiful 18,000-square foot, 12-lane entertainment center.  Bodenheimer and Estopinal created the craft cocktail program, and chef Michael Nirenberg, formerly of Tivoli & Lee, is overseeing the modern Southern cuisine.

Brechtel continues to build his empire, which now includes Merchant, Twin Peaks, Izzo’s Illegal Burrito, McCallister’s Deli, Mama Fu’s Asian house, and Café Noir.  In total, they operate 10 restaurants with revenues of $15 million and employ 400 team members. With multiple development agreements in place, Brechtel Hospitality will grow to over $40 million revenue and 1,000 employees over the next 5 years.

Impressive.
