Plans were filed with the city this week for an 8 unit town home style condo complex at 2413-2417 Dauphine Street in the Marigny. Most recently this parcel was home to Hubigs Pies until a major fire burned it down.

The development will consist of 8, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath units at 1,600 sqft and 8 parking spaces. Amenities include secured entry w/ camera system, balconies, private courtyards and an outdoor kitchen.

The new buildings would total 3,250 square feet.  Construction documents filed with the city indicate a construction cost of $1,000,000, or $307/sf.

The developers are Pie Dauphine, LLC, an entity made up of Steven Kreller, principals from CCNO Development, Thomas Tubre of Natchitoches, and Adam Vodanovich of New Orleans.  Kyle Resmondo and Mike Bosio of MK Red.

Titan Construction of LA, Inc. is the contractor for this project and John Dalton is the architect.
