The 210-unit apartment complex proposed to replace a former grocery store located at 1301 Annunciation St. is moving forward, and the developer just filed design review plans with the city.

Ohio-based Edwards Communities has proposed a mixed-use apartment building with retail at the site of the former Robert Fresh Market grocery.  Plans call for a 4 story wood frame residential building, a 4 story pre-cast concrete garage, 210 apartment units, ground floor retail, and out-door courtyards.

Lupton Rausch is the architect,  The Jones Studio is the interior design firm, and Creative Design + Planning are the land designers and project managers.

Check out the renderings, elevations, and floor plans recently filed with the city.  It’s looking good!
