Developer VPG Enterprise broke ground last week on 37HUNDRED, a luxury condo building on the Lafitte Greenway in Mid-City.

Centrally located in the heart of Mid-City, 37HUNDRED offers a 20 unit luxury condo gated community.  Each condo will include a two car parking garage, 3 bed rooms, 2.5 baths, a study, and balconies.  The units are each 2186 square feet and will be selling “in the $500,000 range” according to Mid-City Messenger, which is between $228-$274 per square foot.

The relatively affordable gated condo project should do well in MId-City, as many folks will likely appreciate the security it affords, the neighborhood location, and the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway.

Six of the units have been pre-sold, but the rest won’t be sold until next year.  The project is scheduled to be complete in December 2018.

The project will be built on land at the corner of Bienville and N. Cortez, right near St. Margaret’s nursing home and the $22 million Cobalt Rehabilitation center.

Check out the renderings below, and you can see the floor plans at the project’s website.
