Plans were filed this month to renovate 614 Gravier Street in to the CBD in to a mixed-use property.

The sparse plans call for the renovation of the existing 4 story building with a new coffee shop on the ground floor, offices on the second floor, and 4 apartments on floors three and four.

The property sits between St. Charles Avenue and Camp Street across from the Whitney Bank building.  Several years ago it was used as an artist studio and loft space.  The total square footage is approximately 6,800 square feet.

According to the Assessor’s records, the property is owned by Choupique Holdings, LLC, which lists Conrad Williams as its sole member.

Stay tuned for more info.
