French Truck Coffee has announced that it will anchor the new 382 unit apartment complex on the Lafitte Greenway being built by developed Edwards Community.

The new French Truck location will feature patio seating, large glass garage doors.  French Truck has been on a tear lately, opening new locations in the French Quarter, garden district on Magazine Street, and in the CBD at 650 Poydras Street.

The 380,000 square foot project calls for a “high-end” mixed-use development on a five-acre parcel with 382 apartments of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms, ranging from 750 square feet to 1,200 square feet.  There will also be a 525 car parking garage in the middle of the multi-family buildings.  The architecture includes private and shared balconies, large, arched windows, lots of lush landscaping, and multiple courtyards.

Construction on the complex is current set to be complete in June 2020.
