Developers MCC Real Estate and St. Margaret’s Daughters, who co-own the former Lindy Boggs medical facility, have plans to move forward with a redevelopment that would convert it into an assisted living and memory care facility, according to the Mid City Messenger.
The team told the Mid City Neighborhood Organization recently that they have plans to open an assisted living center with 266 beds: 116 nursing beds and 150 memory care beds.
Ideas for the development also include services like a restaurant, hair salon, coffee shop, partnerships with local universities, and a garage.
