Developer Chris Sarpy has announced that Raising Cane’s will be the anchor tenant at a new retail development on Veterans Blvd.

The development includes a brand new Raising Cane’s building at 210 Veterans Blvd, and a 5,000 square foot building at 212 Veterans Blvd.  The 5,000 square foot building will include 1,800 for an unnamed retail tenant, and the rest for office.

Sarpy purchased the property for #3.35 million in 2014.  Allied Construction and Metro Studio are the general contractor and architects for the project.

Raising Cane’s breaks ground May 1 with an estimated build out of $750,000.

Sarpy is the developer of the three story mixed-use project at 2802 Magazine Street.  That project houses 7 condos and the  restaurant Brick and Spoon on the bottom floor.
