Looks like Stirling Properties is planning an office/retail expansion next to their extremely popular Mid City Market. The planned expansion will be located in an old warehouse at 4141 Bienveille Street. Stirling is in talks with the city to purchase the right of ways in front of the building ( Conti Street).
