The $250 million mixed-use development known as the South Market District will see its anchor commercial tenant, furniture store Arhaus, open June 26.

This will be the 57th store for the Cleveland-based Arhaus, which will join commercial tenants like Blaze Pizza, Willa Jean Bakery, Barre3, and Ursa Major.  The development will eventually include 600 apartments, 170,000 square feet of retail space over four blocks, a parking garage, a car sharing service, and an Ace Hotel.

The new Arhaus location is 15,453 square feet.

The Park building, which houses Arhaus, is also a parking garage with 445 parking spaces.

Arhaus will be open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
