The new 7,500 square foot retail development set for the corner of State and Magazine Streets has long been rumored to include a Starbucks.

Based on new filings with the city, it looks like a Starbucks will occupy the end cap space. A new filing made on July 12 states “Tenant Interior Upfit of New Multi-Tenant Shell Building. Starbucks will be the first tenant in the new building and occupy an End Cap tenant space. There will be no Drive Thru and Starbucks will permit the patio.” Construction value is pegged at $275,000.

Another recent city filing states that Club Pilates will be taking up 1,776 square feet for group pilates classes. Their construction value is estimated to be $102,000.
