Vincent Saia, owner of Harahan-based Roofing Products & Building Supply, purchased the 72,000 sf Elmwood Oaks Office Park in Harahan for $5.6.
The four-building office park consists of 72,000 leasable square feet and is currently 90 percent occupied. Tenants include GE, Eastern College, Fromherz Engineers & Families Helping Families of Jefferson.
Built in 1975 and renovated in 2009 by Sizeler Architects, the park has new paving for 240+ free parking spaces with 3 separate street entrances.
Elmwood Oaks is located at 201 Evans Road in Harahan.
