Renovation permits were filed this week with the City of New Orleans for the O’Keefe Plaza Hotel located at 334 O’keefe Avenue in the CBD.
Permit Description:
“Hotel Renovation guest rooms finishes, lobby and breakfast area modifications, roof structural modifications, paint the exterior wall surfaces, minor site work”
According to the construction documents, the hotel will be rebranded into a Holiday Inn Express. This rebranding isn’t much of a surprise since the hotel sold to
New York-based Garrison Investment Group for $10.75 million in July. The upbranding of this property continues the momentum of improvements seen in this area of the CBD. Have a look at the renovations planned for the property below.
