Trader Joe’s will be opening a new location in Metairie that will open in 2016, which is the second Trader Joe’s in Louisiana and the first in the New Orleans area.
The Los Angeles-based grocery store company announced that the store will open a 10,200 square foot store in 2016 at the corner of Veterans and N. Labarre. It will be part of the Tolmas Tract redevelopment.
Trader Joe’s has more than 440 stores in 39 states.
