The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is hosting bike tour in Bywater and Marigny of the latest and greatest real estate developments and proposed projects.
The tour will include stops at St. Roch Market, The McDonogh 16 Development (1815 St. Claude Avenue/CCNO Developers), St. Claude Streetcar Stop (Dan Favre speaking), Sean Cummings’ Press Street Project Via Latrobe, and a few more surprise locations.
The tour will be $10 for members & $15 for non-members. Everyone is free to bring their own bike and the tour starts at the St. Roch Market. Event takes places this weekend, on Saturday November 7, 2015 from 12:30-4pm. You can register for the tour here and check out the list of current attendees here.
The ULI is known for its insightful property tours, like the panel on the new CZO and a tour of the Gallier Court Mixed-Use development in the CBD.
