Check Out The Renderings For This Bywater Luxury Condo Project Next To Crescent Park

by CSB Staff • December 4, 2015 • Bywater, Development, Multi Family • Comments (1) • 10355

A developer has filed plans with the city to construct a 4 story building with 12 residential units on floors two through four, and a 1550 square foot ground floor commercial space.

The new construction is in a great location at 3220 Chartres Street, immediately adjacent to the Crescent Park bridge in the Bywater.  According to city records, the project includes 24,000 square feet of new construction at a cost of $5.5 million.  The property is zoned HM-MU.

The owners of the building are David Fuselier and Patrick Schoen.  The previous land owner was Shea Embry, a developer who had proposed the iCiNOLA development right after Katrina.

The project is immediately next to the luxury mixed-use development proposed for 3200 Chartres by Developer MK Red.  That project will be a top of line, well designed,  55 foot condo building featuring 16 luxury condominium units.  The development will feature a modern design.

Mathes Brierre Architects is the architect of record.  Renderings and designs below.
