Baton Rouge-based Investor Bank has announced that it will opening a branch at 4401 St. Charles Avenue, at the corner of St. Charles and Napoleon.
The current 1,239-square-foot drive-through building will be expanded to 1,972 square feet. The addition will make the building into a full service branch with offices and safe deposit boxes.
Capital One was previously a tenant at the location. The building is owned by the Besthoff Family.
FH Myers Construction is the general contractor and Yeates & Yeates Architects LLC is the design team.
Investar has 24 locations, including Elmwood, Metairie, and Mandeville.
