The 10,690-square-foot facility, completed in 2025, is fully leased to a cardiovascular specialty practice staffed by eight physicians. Montecito Medical, the buyer, adds this property to its growing portfolio as it continues to seek opportunities in specialty outpatient assets.
The sellers were a group of investors and physicians affiliated with the center, while Marcus & Millichap representatives Seth Haron, Ashish Vakhariya, Darin Gross, and Louisiana broker Steve Greer facilitated the deal.
The sale, with a reported price of approximately $824 per square foot, underscores a trend of institutional buyers consolidating medical office and ambulatory surgery properties. Such transactions are indicators of strong investor demand in the New Orleans metro area healthcare sector.
