Performance Software, the Arizona-based software engineering firm that announced they would opening a New Orleans office in February, has decided on a downtown location for its new offices.
CityBusiness reported that Scott Ziebarth, engineering director for Performance Software’s regional offices, confirmed that the company has signed a sublease agreement with Catlin, Inc. for office space on the 26th floor at 400 Poydras St. The space is approximately 4,618 square feet.
The New Orleans office will eventually have 58 employees at an average annual salary of $75,000 plus benefits.
The company has already hired 2 engineers and expects to hire twenty more by the end of the year.
In November 2013 we reported that the Regions Bank’s logo will soon grace the New Orleans skyilne. The publicly-traded Birmingham, Ala.-based company is adding its name to the top of its regional headquarters at 400 Poydras St.
The building, owned by Hertz Investment Group of Los Angeles, is a 32-story, 620,000 square foot Class-A office tower on between Magazine and Constance streets. Built in 1982 and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, offers unobstructed views in all directions, including the Mississippi River, French Quarter, Warehouse District and the CBD skyline.
