The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and developer MK Red are hosting a “Cocktails and Content” event tonight at the new Baker’s Row development on the former Hubig’s Pie site.
Developers Kyle Resmondo and Michael Bosio developed Baker’s Row at the site of the former Hubig’s Pie Factory. Located in the heart of the Marigny at 2413-17 Dauphine Street, Baker’s Row is an eight-unit luxury condominium project. The design includes eight off street parking spaces, gated entry, pet-friendly green space and a communal outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge. Each unit will be three stories with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths with individual courtyards, open floor plan configuration with five foot porches and balconies.
The developers will discuss all aspects of the development from the challenges of new construction in an historic district, to site design and floor plans.
The event is free for ULI Members, $25 for Non-Members and $10 for student non-members. You can register here.
