This past April the owners of Sylvain Gastro Pub in the French Quarter closed on the former Duke Morgan Spa located at 3607 Magazine Street. At the time, they announced plans to open a concept called ” The Manor on Magazine” by the end of the year. Now thanks to permits filed with the city last week we have an idea what to expect here!
