Update [March 10, 2015] – The plans originally included below were apparently not the most recent plans by Willa Jean. While they were in fact filed with and stamped by the city, we have removed them and are awaiting the full, most recent plans from Willa Jean. As soon as we receive those plans, we will re-post the new plans.
Willa Jean, a new bakery/restaurant concept from John Besh’s top pastry chefs, is headed to the bottom floor of The Paramount Building in the Domain Companies’ South Market District.
The restaurant will occupy a rather large 4,226 sqft space on the corner of Girod and Okeefe Streets.

Check out the plans filed with the city this month below. One interesting item is that they are planning a nanawall system for some of the windows. So expect an open air experience for those days when dining al fresco in New Orleans is doable.
