The renderings for the new Robért Fresh Market going in at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Elysian Field looks pretty awesome.
Plans call for a coffee shop, an outdoor dining area, and about 10,000 square feet of commercial space that the grocery store will lease to a third party tenant.
The 35,000 square foot facility will also include lots of outdoor parking (the number of spots are currently being debated with the neighbors and the city), bike racks, and a separate out parcel, which will be leased out to other tenants.
The next step for the developers is today’s meeting with the Historic District Landmarks Commission.
Construction could start as soon as six months from now.
