HRI is a full service real estate firm that develops residential, hotel, and commercial properties nation-wide.
Their recent deals in New Orleans include a recently opened a $100 million Aloft Hotel at 225 Baronne Street, a huge mixed-use project at 317 North Rampart Street that will include 40 residences and a 207 key Homewood Suites, and the redevelopment of the Hibernia Tower in the CBD.
They also recently raised $150 million from Almanac Realty Investors.
