Podcast lovers will be happy about the newest addition to real estate scene. Unlisted is the newly relaunched podcast by It’s New Orleans that lets realtors find buyers for a property before it even goes on the market.

The series originally aired a couple years ago and a brand new episode came out at the end of March. It took the creators some time to find the perfect realtor host for the podcast.

“I posted on Facebook that I was looking for New Orleans’ most progressive and entrepreneurial realtor,” shared Unlisted producer Grant Morris. “A number of totally unrelated people recommended Ariana Tipper from Green Coast Realty. When I met Ariana… I knew I’d found the holy grail: a community-centered, people-driven, smart, straight-shooting realtor.”

Unlisted is also open to for-sale-by-owners and landlords looking for tenants. Each episode features a few different players in the New Orleans real estate industry, but does not favor buyers or sellers. The podcast is all about connecting people to each other, rather than selling or renting properties like traditional realtors.

Morris said the audience is frustrated home buyers and renters. “I decided to start this podcast when I saw people posting on Facebook asking for help in their search for a house to buy or rent because they couldn’t find anything in their price range.”

“We call it Tinder of Match.com for real estate,” Morris continued. He said Unlisted has also been approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission who has declared it legal to share the type of information they do on the show.
