New Orleans-based 365 Connect frequently makes headlines for the awards it wins related to the marketing, leasing, and resident technology platforms for the multifamily housing industry. Last week the company made a big announcement about its latest acquisition of uCribs, an apartment search engine for people nearby college campuses.
365 Connect shared that the acquisition will help the company expand into off-campus housing markets across the country.
“We are excited to add uCribs to the already robust marketing automation solutions we provide to the apartment industry,” shared 365 Connect founder and CEO Kerry W. Kirby. “As the demand for data-driven marketing tools is rapidly increasing, uCribs will add valuable market insights to our platform in an underserved sector.”
The company plans to transition all of uCribs technology, product development, operations, sales, and customer support over to 365 Connect. This will allow for millions of rental units to be added to the 365 Connect marketing platform.
365 Connect was founded by Kerry Kirby and is based in Metairie, La.
