Plans were filed last week by Lyons Den Development, LLC for the construction of a new parking garage on Tchoupitoulas Street in the warehouse district.
Plans show a proposed 111,300 square foot parking garage with 237 spaces on an existing vacant lot across from Emeril’s restaurant.
According to the Secretary of State’s website, Gerry Barousse and Robert Saer of Monarch Real Estate Advisors are developers behind the project.
Dean DuPlantier with the Broadmoor Design Group is the architect.
