The 350,000 square foot retail town center known as Fremaux Town Center had its grand opening this weekend, opening the doors to the likes of Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, T.J.Maxx, and Michaels.
Phase I of the development was approximately 350,000 square feet anchored by Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, T.J.Maxx, and Michaels.
The shopping center is projected to sell more than $120 million annually. The first phase will create more than 800 permanent jobs and includes retail heavy hitters Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Michaels, PetSmart and restaurants like Cheddar’s, Panera Bread and LongHorn Steakhouse.
Other phases call for office buildings, hotels and residences, although the build out could take decades.
The developers are Covington-based Stirling Properties and Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.
