The 142 key Baymont Inn & Suites in New Orleans East hit the market last week with an asking price of $3,250,000.
The four-story hotel was built in 1996 as a limited-service hotel and was converted into the Baymont Inn & Suites in the second quarter of 2013.
As of November 2013, the listing reports that the hotel had trailing 12 month room revenue of $1,113,109.
The hotel features a 1,500 square foot meeting room, outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, free deluxe continental breakfast, truck/bus parking, and free wireless internet.
For anyone not paying attention, the hospitality market in New Orleans continues to boom.
