The Domain Companies have been working hard on construction at the South Market District and construction is moving right along.
The $200 million mixed-use development off the Loyola Avenue streetcar line will eventually encompass 600 apartments, 170,000 square feet of retail space consuming four blocks, a parking garage, and a hotel.
It’s been confirmed that furniture store Arhaus will anchor the retail portion and that the parking garage features a snazzy design.
