Las week, the City Planning Commission officially approved a conditional use request for the $3.2 million development at 2413-2417 Dauphine St.
Development group MK Red plans to turn the former Hubig’s Pie site into 8 condos.
The project will have 8 units, average 1,500 square feet each, and feature private courtyards and balconies, off street parking, a 40 foot lap pool, a communal outdoor kitchen, and contemporary finishes.
We got an update from MK Red partners Michael Bosio and Kyle Resmondo, who gave us the latest renderings for the project. And they look great. Images below.
