Plans were filed with the city for a hotel development at 111 Iberville  earlier last month. While I’m sure there will be some slight modifications to the overall plan before final approval is given,  these plans give us a basic idea of what they envision for the property. Significantly,  this will be the first new hotel allowed into the Vieux Carre since the 1960s.  Also, 208 Bienville  is required to be redeveloped as part of the approvals by the city.
