Last month we brought you the plans and details of the proposed conversion of the Turnbull Bakery Plant in the lower garden district into 17 residential single family homes.

Now our friends at Uptown Messenger have more details for you. According to their story, developer Nicole Weber will be transforming the former production facility for Melba Toast into 17 houses.

She aims to build luxury historic homes that match up with the neighborhood, possibly Greek-revival style homes.

No word yet on the what the going rate per square foot will be, but with an asking price of $2.5MM and the aim to build luxury homes, no doubt they will be at the top of the market.
