New Orleans developers Iris Development Co. and Green Coast Enterprises have announced plans for a $30 million five-story, mixed-use apartment building in the Bywater.
The development will be built at 2930 Burgundy Street, currently vacant land and a warehouse. The project will feature 105 units, of which they plan to set aside 15 or 16 units for lower income residents. Market rate rents will range from $1,300-1,600 for one bed rooms to $3,000 for three bed units. The affordable units will range from $300-$1,000.
