The Carrollton Courthouse, which was purchased for $4.7 million by Colonial Oaks Senior Living of Houston, Texas, is slated for development into senior living.
Earlier this week the architect revealed additional plans. Architect Mac Ball showed neighbors plans to restore the existing courthouse, build two new courtyards, and construct two additional buildings that will house residents at pricing around $5,000 per month.
The new buildings will have white brick facades, meant to compliment the Henry Howard designed building built in 1855.
