The Best Western Plus Westbank in Harvey has been sold for $8.3 million.
Tennessee-based Series H of Prime Developments LLC purchased the 138 key hotel at 1700 Lapalco Blvd. according to reports. The seller was Dawn Boteler, who has owned the hotel since it first opened in 1984.
David Altman with Marcus & Millichap’s national hospitality group brokered the deal for the seller. Robert Hunter of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.
