Biz New Orleans confirmed that the dental clinic, operated by Pacific Dental Services, is now running, following the signing of a 10-year lease for 3,000 square feet. The initial announcement of this lease occurred in September 2025, and the official opening was confirmed on October 1, 2026.

Feil’s ongoing leasing activity suggests a strategic approach to corridor revitalization through a mix of retail and medical tenants. The opening of New Orleans Modern Dentistry serves not only as a practical step in this plan but also highlights the corridor’s potential as a stable retail and medical node.

The location at 2537 Tulane Avenue is part of Feil’s assemblage from 2501–2537 Tulane Ave, acquired back in 2016. The developer’s actions, including this recent lease, signify a continued investment in institutional ownership and targeted tenant placements to enhance the area’s vibrancy.
