St. Tammany Parish-based Ampirical Solutions LLC announced last week that it will build a new, 78,000-square-foot corporate headquarters near Covington.
The new facility will be located at the northwest corner of La. 21 and Interstate 12. The project will be three stories over 5.5-acre site.
Ampirical is an electrical infrastructure firm that specializes in electrical infrastructure engineering, design and construction management.
The company’s new jobs will have an average yearly salary of more than $85,000, a news release said. It plans to retain 120 existing jobs. The build-out is expected to create about 350 construction jobs and result in a $20 million capital investment.
