Canal Street Beat is partnering with development firm MK RED for the first event in a monthly event series designed to showcase new developments and interesting properties in New Orleans.
Canal Street Beat’s first Property Showcase will take place at 3200 Chartres Street, the future home of 32HUNDRED, a 16-unit luxury development in the Bywater located at the foot of the Crescent Bridge.
The first 100 people to RSVP will receive free tacos from Taceaux Loceaux and drink tickets for the margarita machine. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided as well, all courtesy of MK Red.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ride up in the man lift to see views from floors 2, 3 and 4.
“We are really excited to launch the Property Showcase event series. Our readers have been asking us to coordinate events where they can meet other people in real estate and in their community, and get a chance to see the new developments popping up around town. MK Red is a great launch partner, and their 32HUNDRED project is going to be an amazing development for the community,” said Canal Street Beat publisher Zach Kupperman.
Neighbors, entrepreneurs, professionals, business people, press, and the real estate community are all invited to attend. The purpose of the event is to showcase new developments, hear directly from the developers, and bring together community, and motivated people interested in real estate, urban planning, and community development.
Be sure to RSVP on Facebook and get your tickets here. Those interested in hosting an event in the series should email julia@siliconbayounews.com.
