Last year we reported that William B. “Bo” Reily IV, whose family’s Reily Foods Co. HQ were at 640 Magazine Street, and developer Brian Gibbs were redeveloping the 600-700 blocks of Magazine Street in to a new mixed-use development.

We now know that the project is called The Kalorama, and will feature luxury condos, retail, and parking.  The project, which spans two city blocks, will have the municipal addresses 700 Magazine, 640 Magazine, and 618 Magazine Street.   The development will include 90 residential units, 27,000 square feet of retail, and 347 parking spaces.

Rozas Ward is the architect, and from the looks of it, they’ve done a fantastic job with the design.  Check out the video below for a full video tour of the proposed development.
