There is only a single 1,000 square foot space left in the new retail development at 5115 Canal Blvd. that will house a new Morning Call and Bud’s Broiler, according to a listing for the property.
The corner location includes 23 parking spaces and outdoor seating. The entire development will include over 19,000 square feet of new construction. In addition to the ground floor retail, there will be eight second floor short term rentals.
The developer is asking $50 per square foot triple net. Pat Brown and Parke McEnery with The McEnery Company are the brokers.
Dorsey Development is the developer and M2 Studio is the architect.
