Mark Inman has been selected to Real Estate Forum’s 45 Under 40 List. Inman is a vice president and the managing partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial TEC Realtors in New Orleans.
Globest.com reports that Inman is in the running as heir to lead Coldwell Banker TEC Realtors. This means that, in addition to working with commercial real estate, he could eventually assume leadership of the company’s residential operations, which includes 180 agents and seven branch offices. Since joining the company in 2005, Inman has has overseen the management, sales and leasing of more than 700,000 square feet of office space in the New Orleans metro area, and is currently in the running to lease and manage properties for the Aviation Board of New Orleans.
Inman is the former President for the Board of Directors of both the Mariners Cove Townhome Association and the 825 Lafayette Street Condominium Association in Downtown New Orleans. Inman has served since 2010 as a board member for the New Orleans Metro Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division and is currently the President of NOMAR’s CID and 2012 Chairman of Louisiana Realtors Commercial Section. Inman also serves on GNO, Inc’s. Next Gen Council, which focuses on economic development in the Greater New Orleans Area
