The New Orleans chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) has hosted some great events over the last year, including a behind-the-scenes tour of the Hibernia Tower development, an inside look at the future of the Bywater, and a primer on Tax Credit finance.

CREW is back at it again next week with en event on discussing loan demand and financing options in the New orleans banking community.

With the almost daily announcements of new and exciting commercial development in and around the New Orleans area and the national news of improving economic indicators, our financial community is adapting to and preparing for an increase in demand for their services.

The panel will be moderated by Whitney’s VP of Business Banking Debbie Verlander and features Resource Bank Senior Vice President Karen Tipton, Capital One Bank Senior Vice President Jo Anna Cotaya, and Regions Bank Vice President Natalie Barnes.

This panel of real estate finance heavy hitters makes it a “must attend” event for developers and investors.   The luncheon is Wednesday January 21, 2015 at the Bourbon House (144 Bourbon).

You can sign up for the event here.
