Arnold Kirschman, the developer that bought the old Frank’s Steakhouse building on Freret, has demolished the structure and plans to build a mixed-use development on the site.
The Faubourg Freret is a new mixed use development on Freret Street with 13,300 SF of ground floor retail space and 30+ apartments on upper floors. The development will include the redevelopment of historic structures as well as new construction.
All retail spaces will have 15 foot high ceilings, clear span layouts, service alleys, low operating costs, and all the modern day amenities retailers desire. The listing quotes a rent of $30-35 per square foot triple net.
