After receiving council approval last year and securing a $3.2MM building permit last October, the Baker’s Row condominium development in the Marigny at the former Hubig’s Pie site has been under construction over the last few weeks.

Developer MK Red has now released the first unit for sale in Bakers’ Row, the upscale 8-residence town home community-located in the Faubourg Marigny, on the historic site of the former Hubig’s Pies.

This first unit is listed at $649,000.
