Atlanta-based Goldberg’s Bagel Company & Deli is leasing 6,500 square feet of retail space at 925 Common St.
Goldberg’s will be located at the corner of Common Street and Roosevelt Way, adjacent to The Roosevelt Hotel and across from the Orpheum Theater and Moxy Hotel. The restaurant is expected to open in Winter 2016/17.
The restaurant will seat 160 patrons and offer a full service cocktail bar, coffee bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Goldberg’s joins upscale barbershop the Rooster Club as the featured retail at the ground floor of 925 Common.
925 Common is a 350,000 square foot, 15-story, mixed-use project containing 199 luxury apartments, 10,500 square feet of street level retail and a 330-vehicle valet parking garage. The property was originally named The Shell Building and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 925 Common was developed by Emanuel Organek and Marc Blumberg with Belmont Commons, LLC.
