Located at 917  Conti Street, the new La Cire Condominiums have maintained the original historic, underwent a complete renovation, and also added an additional two floors to the main building, and one floor to the annex.

The condos will have a rooftop pool, hot tubs, sun deck, private terraces, fitness center, and 15 parking spaces for residents.

Prices range from $700/square foot to over $1,000 per square foot.  Completion expected in early 2018.
