Latter and Blum Expands Again; Acquires Houma Area Brokerage Firm

Latter & Blum Inc.’s acquisition game is strong.  They just announced the acquisition of yet another brokerage in south Louisiana, Century 21 American Realty USA in Cut Off.

The acquisition is Latter & Blum’s third in the Houma/Thibodaux area in the last 18 months.  They’ve also acquired a Houston firm,  one in Lake Charles, another one in Lake Charles, and another in Houma.  They are now the 33rd biggest real estate firm in the nation.

This deal grows Latter & Blum’s residential team to 32 offices and 1,450 agents operating throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and parts of Texas.

Century 21 American Realty had 9 agents in the Houma office.

In 2013, Latter & Blum reportedly earned a record $97 million in revenue.
