An industry publication has ranked Latter & Blum as the 33rd largest residential real estate firm in the country. Latter & Blum jumped from 43rd to 33rd.
The ranking by REAL Trends 500 is based on the number of transactions handled.
In addition to a hot real estate market, Latter & Blum has been on an acquisition tear recently. They’ve scooped up other firms like NAI Lake Charles, Patterson Real Estate Agency in Houma, Lake Charles firm ERA Moffet, and M.A. Allen Realty of Denham Springs
The company is coming off the heels of their best year ever in 2013, where they earned a record $97 million in revenue.
