Lauricella To Redevelop 120,000 Square Foot West Bank Shopping Center

The former Schwegman’s Supermarket on Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey is scheduled to undergo a $3.2 million renovation.

The newly redesigned shopping center will be called Manhattan Crossing and offer 120,000 square feet of shopping and eating space.  Currently Hobby Lobby and YouFit Health Club are signed on as tenants, as well as Panera Bread eatery.

The renovation is being done by Lauricella Land Co.   for Panera Bread to open here in early 2015, with Hobby Lobby and YouFit Health Club to follow in the Summer.

 Lauricella purchased the property in December 2013 for $3.8 million.
